QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What families often ask

We are happy to talk through your situation and clarify what support may be appropriate.

Who can receive support?

We support seniors, adults, families and individuals of all ages. Services are provided in the client’s home and arranged after an intake and safety assessment.

Do you offer private-pay services?

Yes. We are starting with private-pay clients. Government or third-party work will be accepted only when the required written authorization, contract and service standards are in place.

Can a support worker administer medication?

Our ordinary home support service focuses on reminders, prompting and planned assistance with client-owned medication packaging. Independent medication administration is not offered unless a separate regulated-professional authorization and pathway are in place.

Do you provide overnight support?

Overnight support may be available as an awake or scheduled-check service after assessment. The model, staffing, duties and safety expectations are agreed in writing before service begins.

What if our regular worker is unavailable?

We will communicate promptly and review available coverage. Continuity depends on staffing and the client’s plan; we do not promise a replacement until coverage has been confirmed.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Please send only basic contact and service-interest information. Do not include diagnoses, medication lists, health-card numbers, financial information or other sensitive health details through this public form.
